Assistant in office and event management f / m part-time

 

To strengthen our team, we are hiring an assistant f / m to support the office and event management team part-time (30 hours / week) as soon as possible.

Ideally, you bring the following prerequisites:

  • at least 2 years of professional experience in an equivalent position
  • excellent skills in German and English language (written and spoken)
  • top knowledge of MS Office (word, excel, outlook and power point)
  • as a team player you are communicative, open-minded and have a pronounced organizational talent


Your tasks:

  • reception of our customers on site
  • telephone advice and information about our line offer
  • appointment coordination of senior staff
  • processing of incoming and outgoing mail
  • processing of inquiries and orders, procurement, management of office supplies
  • correct preparation and signature-ready preparation of internal and external correspondence
  • organization as well as preparation and follow-up of meetings
  • planningand organization of business trips
  • file and document management
