The ewerk staff is composed of young men and women that have been working in the event optimization and marketing industry for many years and all of whom are very committed to their work. We provide our customers with comprehensive professional event solutions in the marketing, sales, customer support, production and organization domains. Our sole aim is to do everything we can to ensure that your event is a success.

Katrin Baerens: “’Can’t be done’ isn’t part of my vocabulary.”
Events director
Katrin Baerens is our primary contact person for customers. She manages requests for quotes and information, shows and describes the facility to customers, tells customers about various options available at ewerk, and helps each customer find the ideal solution for their specific event. You’d have to really rack your brains to think of something that Katrin can’t make happen. And if she’s stumped for a solution, she has an extensive network of partners that she can turn to that have expertise in decoration, equipment catering, staffing and all the rest. This means that she can provide your with a genuinely comprehensive solution that will go a long way toward making your event a great success.

Lisa Wege: “Every customer matters – and so does every step in the process.”
Customer Manager
Lisa Desselberger is ewerk’s office manager. She’s always happy to see to it that you are provided with any information, item or service you may need. She’s also responsible for keeping all financial and contractual workflows running smoothly, which means that each customer receives royal treatment.

Ralf Regitz: “We’ll always remain true to ewerk’s roots.”
Managing director
ewerk has become a second home for Ralf Regitz. In the 1990s, fueled by youthful idealism, Ralf and his team founded the ewerk techno club, which they parlayed into a worldwide techno brand. Ralf then transformed ewerk into an event venue to whose success Ralf is singlemindedly dedicated. But it is important to him to remain true to ewerk’s roots. This is why Ralf places particular emphasis on cultural events, which are already a main focus at ewerk and will remain so for the foreseeable future. Ralf’s extensive experience in organizing large scale events also comes in extremely handy for his work at ewerk. Among our customers, he’s a much sought after source of solutions for security, the finer points of technical planning, and permit application procedures.

Katajun Fakhoury: “Effective planning is half the battle when it comes to event management.”
Event management
Katajun Fakhoury is the lynchpin of every ewerk event She’s in charge of production and leverages her extensive expertise in this domain to ensure that all of our customers’ wishes and specifications are implemented and that everything goes according to plan. Katajun works with the planning team right from the outset to ensure that all technical and organizational matters are discussed and that suitable solutions are found.

Silke Friedrich: “Our main aim – and the unifying theme of our work – is to open people’s eyes to the enchantment of the location.”
Communication
ewerk’s heritage and architecture are in a class by themselves, and it is important that ewerk’s marketing efforts clearly convey this message. This is the mission of our communication department, which is ably headed by Silke Friedrich. Her team’s short term goal is to raise awareness of ewerk as an event location among customers that are looking for a superb space for their event, and in the longer term to publicize the various services and amenities that ewerk has to offer. The main thrust of these efforts is to realize an image transfer between ewerk’s history and architecture, the relevant protagonists, and current and future uses of the venue.
